This song makes me wanna hug the stuffing out of someone. It’s so open but heavy in it’s sound. It makes me feel as if I’m driving through snow kissed midwest farm land, where there is nothing but land and wind turbines. Bliss and solitude.
It’s a beauty of a jam that I’ve been begging Johanne to let me hear since the beginning of the year. It also should be noted that it was produced by Vacation Dad, who makes solid spaced out jams in his own right. Right now she’s just teasing with just this track but on the 18th of this month she will be releasing the entire EP up on bandcamp with a cassette tape being released very soon.
